The Records Division, part of the Administrative Services Bureau, is responsible for developing and maintaining law enforcement records required to transact the official business of the department.
The Records Division is broken down into two sections, the Records section and the Data Entry section.
Our Frequently Asked Questions page includes information on obtaining various reports from the Records Division.
To request MNPD records and/or reports, download and complete the Request for Administrative Services Form and mail or hand carry to:

A reasonable fee shall be
charged for the reproduction of requested files. (The Code of the Metropolitan
