Personal Crimes
The Personal Crimes Section is a portion of the Criminal Investigation Division. Personal Crimes is broken down into two units:
- Homicide Unit, which is comprised of the Violent Crimes Squad, Murder Squad, and the Cold Case Squad. These squads handle assault and murder investigations
- Sex Crimes Unit - this unit handles rape and other sexual abuse investigations
