The woman who died in this morning’s house fire at 5603 Louisiana Avenue is identified as Cathy Ann Robinson, 42.
Robinson’s body was found on a sofa where she was apparently sleeping. Smoke inhalation is the likely cause of death and foul play is not suspected at this point in the investigation, although the death will not be classified until the full autopsy report, including toxicology testing, is complete.
The fire appears to have been electrical in nature.
