East Precinct officers have located a missing Bellevue man who suffers from Alzheimer’s. James Wisby, 64, of Bellevue, was following his wife’s vehicle in the couple’s motorhome on Briley Parkway Monday afternoon when they became separated.
Officers found Wisby in the motorhome parked on a grassy area off Ellington Parkway near the Hart Lane exit Monday night.
