The body found by maintenance workers this morning in a ditch near Harding Place on Interstate 24 East has been identified as Tommy Reynolds, 48, of Pulaski, Tennessee.
The cause of death will be determined pending an investigation, but there were no signs of foul play at the scene or from a preliminary autopsy.
