Rape suspect Ricky Lee Morgan has been arrested and is being held in the Metro Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Morgan, 49, who is homeless, is charged with aggravated rape for the September 18th attack on a 22-year-old woman in the amphitheatre area of Bicentennial Mall.
Central Precinct Officer Barbara Stewart alertly spotted Morgan walking on 5th Avenue South near Mulberry Street at 7:25 this morning and took him into custody.
