West Precinct officers Wednesday evening arrested the man who this week had been exposing himself to women jogging on the Richland Creek Greenway in West Nashville.
Louis Andrew Webb, 30, who is homeless, is charged with two counts of indecent exposure. He was taken into custody near the White Bridge Road greenway entrance.
An undercover team, which included a female officer, was placed on the greenway after the police department received information that a man had exposed himself to joggers on Monday and Tuesday. Just after 5:30 p.m., the female undercover officer spotted Webb rubbing his genital area outside his clothing in a sexual manner. He was taken into custody and admitted that he had been masturbating in front of women as they jogged past him. One of the women positively identified Webb as the man who exposed himself in front of her on Tuesday.
Webb’s bond is set at $7,000. He has convictions for bank robbery in other states.
