Metro Police patch

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 22, 2007

Three men who took part in robbing the Mapco store at 401 Myatt Drive late last night were greeted by a host of Metro officers before they could even leave the parking lot.

Juan Feager, 22, of Anderson Lane, Todd Kerr, 20, of Green Meadows Drive, and Dylan Scobee, 19, of Kathy Avenue, are each charged with aggravated robbery and are being held in lieu of $80,000 bond each.

Feager entered the store at 10:20 p.m. armed with a pistol and wearing a Halloween mask. He robbed the clerk and had just exited the store when North Precinct detectives and SWAT officers moved in. A stunned Feager was immediately taken into custody. Kerr, who was behind the wheel of the getaway car, admitted that he knew of the robbery plot and assisted in purchasing the gun Feager carried. Scobee, a passenger in the car, also admitted to knowing about the robbery and assisted in acquiring the gun.

Officers were keeping a close eye on the market after receiving a tip that it was likely to be robbed.
