Suspected burglar Robert Osbourne is in custody, having surrendered early today at police headquarters. Osbourne is being interviewed and will be booked later on an arrest warrant charging him with breaking into Metro’s Election Commission offices on Christmas Eve. Efforts continue to recover two laptop computers taken during the burglary.
