
Hermitage Precinct detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person or persons who fatally stabbed Melissa Moores last September.
Moores was found September 25 stabbed to death in her Hickory Hill Lane apartment. She shared the apartment with her 23-year old daughter who reported she returned home after being away for several days and found her mother at 3:30 a.m.
Moores’ 1989 Chrysler New Yorker was found October 17 parked on North 9th and Marina Streets.
Anyone with information about Melissa Moores’ death is asked to call Hermitage Precinct Detective Jeff Sells at 862-7725 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
